When you place an order with samaornaments.com you may track status by using order id and the email address used when ordering.

Please make sure that you should have received two emails after placing a paid order.

First from samaornaments.com confirming order, at top of order details you will find (Sama Ornaments Order ID)

Second from the payment processor you used ( Paypal or 2checkout.com), with transaction or authorization ID

Please use your order email and Sama Ornaments Order ID not paypal or 2checkout authorization code to track status of order.

If you have not received any e-mails from us or payment processors, this means that you have entered your e-mail address wrong when making order, please contact us, to correct e-mail
